By default the shipment selected on the web for Spain is the standard. The standard shipment will be prepared and sent within 24/48h.

Unless there are circumstances arising from the customisation of the products, or unforeseen or extraordinary circumstances, we will send you the order for the product/s listed in each Shipping Confirmation within the period indicated above, in any case, within a maximum of 30 days from the date of the Order Confirmation.

Onne delivers all over the world. International deliveries must be selected by the customers. The cost will be added and shown before payment is made.

The shipments whose content is not exclusively documentation can have delays, by customs procedures in origin as well as in destination.

ÔNNE is not responsible for additional taxes in each country. If the destination country requires additional taxes, they will be paid by the customer.
ÔNNE delivers to Europe, UK, Ceuta and Melilla.

The current rates for our customers are as follows:

- Free shipping for orders over 50€ in the Iberian Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Portugal and Andorra
- Free shipping for orders over 85€ in the rest of Europe and Uk

In any case, ÔNNE SWIMWEAR admits changes of all the garments. To make a change, please follow the steps explained below, we will be happy to help you.

Changes will be admitted within 14 days after receiving your order. ÔNNE can refuse the change if more days have passed than indicated above.


ÔNNE reserves the right to refuse an exchange if items are returned worn, dirty, worn or damaged in any way or have any type of perfume or scent on the fabric and will be returned to sender. You will be notified by email if your returned item is not suitable for an exchange. The cost of the return shipment is borne by the customer and is not refundable.

Ônne Swimwear is not responsible for sending the package back. The consumer must bear the cost of the return shipment and is responsible for the product until ÔNNE SWIMWEAR notifies that the product has arrived at its warehouse. ÔNNE will not issue a refund for items not received or lost in transit.

Once the package reaches our distribution system, the items will be inspected. If it is in perfect condition, the exchange will be accepted.

Ônne Swimwear will not make economic returns, in the next days, you will receive an email confirming that your item will be refunded on credit through a personal code to use in a new order. This personal code has no expiration date and can be used whenever you want.

If you were sent the wrong order or a defective item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Service team in contact page and quoting the order number and the defective or incorrect item.
